10 Simple and Healthy Sheet Pan Fish Recipes
Plated dinners are the perfect no-fuss meals that get on the table quickly. While we often turn to chicken thighs or sausage with vegetables or potatoes, fish is another great dinner option. It’s healthy, it’s delicious, and it’s quick with these plated dishes. You will be delighted by what you can put on the table in less than an hour.
- Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss together chopped asparagus, cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, lemon slices, and a few tablespoons of melted butter on a sheet pan. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss together broccoli florets, sliced bell peppers, sliced red onions, and a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce on a sheet pan. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
