Air Fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu is a delicious and healthy twist on the classic French dish. Here is a simple recipe that you can follow to make this dish at home:


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board and use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Roll the chicken breasts tightly around the cheese and ham, securing with toothpicks.
  6. In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
