Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon-Garlic Butter Recipe
Air-fry lobster tails for an elegant meal for two at home. They come out juicy and meaty. Delicious with lemon butter, garlic and parsley.
Here’s a recipe for Air Fryer Lobster Tails with Lemon-Garlic Butter:
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of the shell of each lobster tail to expose the meat. Use your fingers to gently loosen the meat from the shell, leaving it attached at the tail end.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, and set aside.
- Brush the lobster meat with the lemon-garlic butter, making sure to get some of the butter between the meat and the shell.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve the lobster tails with the remaining lemon-garlic butter on the side for dipping.
Enjoy your delicious air fryer lobster tails with lemon-garlic butter!
