Baked Salmon Recipe
This baked salmon is a great recipe for beginners. It was my first time fishing and it was a success. Even my 9-year-old daughter, who would never dream of eating fish, got half my portion!
Baked salmon is a delicious and healthy dish that is easy to prepare. Here’s a simple recipe that you can follow:
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme on top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
You can serve the baked salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a salad. Enjoy!
