Accordingly, it is recommended to take vitamin D with food, preferably with the largest meal of the day, which usually contains fat.

Take Vitamin D in the Morning

Most people prefer to take nutritional supplements such as vitamin D in the morning, because it is easy to remember to take them in the morning, especially if you take many nutritional supplements.

In this case, it may be difficult to remember to take all nutritional supplements or medications throughout the day, so in this case it is recommended to take vitamin D while eating breakfast.

Get Vitamin D from Sunlight

The body produces most of its vitamin D needs naturally through direct exposure to sunlight on a daily basis and for short periods.
