Ingredients:
- 2 ham steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
