Flatbread Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Flatbread breakfast pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch. Here’s a simple recipe that you can try:


  • 1 flatbread or naan bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread or naan bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp it up a bit.
  3. In a small skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Once the flatbread is done baking, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Add the cooked bacon and eggs on top of the cheese.
