- 1 flatbread or naan bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread or naan bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp it up a bit.
- In a small skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the flatbread is done baking, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Add the cooked bacon and eggs on top of the cheese.
