Fried Bass Recipe

I did it while camping. There was a break in the camp, when no one was there, I collected worms from the trading post and went fishing in the lake. I caught 12 bass with the help of my father, who got into it after playing guitar at the trading post. It was 7:00. m.

when I brought them all back to camp and thought I’d eat them since everyone had already eaten while I was gone. So I fried them in leftover shredded potato chips from lunch. Yum, yum, yum.

Fried Bass

Sure! Here’s a simple recipe for fried bass:

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bass fillets, skin removed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, pour in the buttermilk.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Dip each bass fillet in the buttermilk, then coat it in the flour mixture.
  5. Carefully place the coated fillet in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fried bass from the skillet with a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dish and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the seasoning to your liking. Also, if you don’t have buttermilk, you can use regular milk or even beaten eggs as a substitute.
