- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Spread the remaining butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, into the skillet.
