Grilled Fish Steaks Recipe

This grilled fish recipe is very simple. My husband doesn’t like fish, but when I made this recipe with halibut, he really liked it.

Grilled fish steaks are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fish. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:


  • 4 fish steaks (such as salmon, tuna, or swordfish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the fish steaks on a plate and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the grill and serve hot.
