Grilled Fish Steaks Recipe
This grilled fish recipe is very simple. My husband doesn’t like fish, but when I made this recipe with halibut, he really liked it.
Grilled fish steaks are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fish. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
- 4 fish steaks (such as salmon, tuna, or swordfish)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the fish steaks on a plate and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the fish steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fish from the grill and serve hot.
You can also experiment with different marinades and seasonings to add more flavor to your grilled fish steaks. Enjoy!
