Grilled pork loin chops are a delicious and easy-to-prepare main dish that can be enjoyed year-round. Here’s a simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 pork loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- Brush the herb and oil mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
