Grilled pork loin chops are a delicious and easy-to-prepare main dish that can be enjoyed year-round. Here’s a simple recipe:


  • 4 pork loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  3. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
  4. Brush the herb and oil mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
