Grilled salmon sandwich with dill sauce is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Here’s a simple recipe to make this tasty sandwich:


  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion


  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, make the dill sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Toast the bread slices.
  6. To assemble the sandwich, spread the dill sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  7. Add lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and red onion on top of the sauce on two bread slices.
  8. Place a grilled salmon fillet on top of the vegetables on each sandwich.
  9. Top with the remaining bread slices, sauce-side down.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
