  • 2 whole trout, cleaned and scaled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  3. Season the inside and outside of the trout with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
