There are various foods and foods that a person can eat to increase the percentage of iron, and this element can be obtained by eating plants and animals, as follows:

  • Leafy vegetables such as spinach, molokhiya, cabbage, etc.

  • Nuts such as pistachios, walnuts, almonds, and cashews.

  • General weakness and feeling of fatigue.

Treatment of Iron Deficiency

Iron deficiency can be compensated for through the following:

  • Eat foods that are rich in iron, such as vegetables, especially leafy ones, in addition to citrus fruits and fish.
  • Nutritional supplements that are prescribed by a doctor and sold in pharmacies.
  • It is recommended to take them only when approved by doctors.
  • These supplements work to compensate for iron deficiency if taken regularly.
