  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season each fillet with salt and black pepper to taste.
