Lemon Rosemary Salmon


  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish, skin side down.
  5. Brush the garlic and olive oil mixture over the top of the salmon fillets.
  6. Place the sliced lemons and rosemary sprigs on top of the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the Lemon Rosemary Salmon with additional lemon wedges on the side.
