Oh My Arctic Char

Ingredients:
- 2 Arctic char fillets, skin on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Arctic char fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
- Brush the honey-mustard mixture over the top of each fillet.
