Oh My Arctic Char


  • 2 Arctic char fillets, skin on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Arctic char fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  4. Brush the honey-mustard mixture over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
