  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter, for cooking
  • Maple syrup, for serving


  1. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer banana slices on top of the peanut butter, and then place another slice of bread on top to make a sandwich.
  3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
