- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced into thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced into thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
