Sheet Pan Ground Beef Potato and Carrot Dinner

Sheet pan dinners are a great way to make a delicious and easy meal that requires minimal cleanup. Here’s a recipe for a sheet pan dinner with ground beef, potatoes, and carrots:
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, diced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Add the ground beef to the bowl and mix well, making sure to evenly distribute the seasoning throughout.
- Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
