  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups of chopped vegetables (such as broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
