Sheet Pan Salmon and Bell Pepper Dinner Recipe

Sheet Pan Salmon and Bell Pepper Dinner is a simple and delicious meal that can be prepared in no time. Here’s the recipe:


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sliced bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Roast the salmon and peppers in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
  6. Serve the salmon and peppers hot with lemon wedges on the side.
