Spicy Garlic Salmon is a delicious and healthy dish that can be made easily at home. Here’s a simple recipe:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the garlic and spice mixture over each fillet.
