Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl Recipe
We have equal parts tuna and rice by weight, which is the perfect balance of protein and starch for me. While it may remind some people of a fried rice dish, it’s definitely lighter and actually very low in fat, but that doesn’t mean it’s not satisfying, and like most rice, it’s very comforting.
Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner. It’s a combination of sushi rice, spicy tuna, and a variety of toppings that add flavor, texture, and nutrition to the dish. Here’s a recipe for Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl:

- 1 avocado, sliced
