  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes, for serving (optional)
