Tuna Panini Melt Recipe

A Tuna Panini Melt is a delicious sandwich made with tuna, cheese, and bread that is toasted on a panini press or grill. Here’s a simple recipe you can try at home:
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the tuna mixture onto one slice of bread and top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top to make a sandwich.
- Preheat a panini press or a grill on medium heat.
- Spread a tablespoon of butter on each side of the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich on the panini press or grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
