An office is that place that houses different workers and whose purpose is to provide a space where work activity is practiced . There are 5 Different types of offices mainly are Home Offices, Virtual Offices, Co- working Spaces, Rental and Leased Offices.

On the other hand, another classification that we can find, beyond the public or private work of the same, is carried out taking into account the tasks that are carried out in them, the devices that they have for each work, and even the amount of people who work in it.

Different types of office that we can find:

Open Offices: They are those in which the employees, located behind a counter, have constant contact with the public to solve different concerns, claims, procedures, and may or may not be related to a particular product or service. Employees of this type of office typically spend the vast majority of their working hours talking to people through customer service windows.

Closed Offices: They are private offices, unlike the previous ones. In these, employees spend their hours discussing among themselves what kind of products to generate for the company they represent, or each one carrying out their different work routines. They have more contact with their bosses since they constantly evaluate them, and although the workload is strict and demanding, these employees do not coexist with the exhausting demands of customers.

There is a debate in society, since many places so-called “call centers” in this style of office, since employees work behind a cubicle without seeing people, but this is countered by many since the Employees of these offices constantly work with the customer complaints of the companies they represent and are burdened with even more stress than the workers in the open offices.

Executive Office:  Purchased by certain companies that equip and furnish them in order to give them for rent to various departments, premises, and/or SMEs that cannot access their own, and need space for a certain period of time.

In many cases, there is an accumulation of employees that produces a drop in productivity in them, and even the increase in thefts produced in these types of “mega offices” are discouraged to workers.

Virtual office: Avoid incidents that may occur in executives. A certain space is provided to an employee equipped with the necessary technology to carry out their work. On the other hand, many workers are given the possibility to work from home through the computer at certain times, or at the time that is most comfortable for them. It is a much more flexible work style and more characteristic of modern companies.

Modern office: The one that, like many of the virtual offices, has advanced material resources to improve productivity. Each and every one of the technological inputs are of the latest generation, and the flexibility of the working day is even greater. In addition to the main purpose of these is to bet on providing the greatest comforts to their employees, so that they leave stress aside and multiply labor productivity; typical of companies in the technology sector and the Internet, such as Google.
