Vitamin A

This vitamin is characterized by its ability to repair and strengthen skin tissues, protect it from dryness, and work to tighten it.

Therefore, individuals are advised to eat foods containing it regularly, taking into account that it is one of the vitamins that dissolve fats, and therefore taking it in an excessive amount may lead to damage. Healthy for the liver.

Foods that contain vitamin A include: eggs, dairy products, oily fish such as salmon, and vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, and carrots.

Eating fresh carrots, or drinking a cup of its juice on a regular basis, provides the body with the amount necessary for the body.

Vitamin B

This vitamin improves skin color, in addition to nourishing the hair. It also enhances the secretion of natural oils in skin cells. It is one of the vitamins that dissolves in water, and therefore it can be taken daily in abundant quantities.

However, this vitamin may increase the chance of developing some problems, including increased oiliness in the scalp.

Vitamin C

This vitamin is considered a powerful antioxidant that increases skin elasticity, in addition to its other health benefits, such as strengthening the immune system and maintaining the health of the eyes and gums.

It is a water-soluble vitamin, so it is recommended to take it daily. This vitamin is abundant in acidic fruits, such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, mango, and grapes, and in some types of vegetables, such as: broccoli, cucumber, cauliflower, and tomatoes.

Vitamin E

It is considered one of the most beneficial vitamins for skin freshness and health, as it combats the appearance of signs of aging and wrinkles.

Because it contributes to getting rid of free radicals in the body, it can be taken day after day. The most important foods that contain a percentage of vitamin E are: sunflower seeds, olives, almonds, peanuts, wheat germ, and leafy vegetables as well.

Vitamin K

This vitamin helps get rid of dark skin spots, and leafy vegetables are considered one of the most important foods that contain a fair percentage of this vitamin.
