Its sources are many, including: sweet potatoes, spinach, carrots, broccoli, mango, tomatoes, and fish.

This vitamin is important for the nervous system and liver to perform their functions, and is necessary for the formation of DNA and the maturation of red blood cells. It is important in the manufacture of the myelin sheath of nerve fibers and to correct the deficiency that affects hemoglobin in the blood. It is important for the skin and eyes.
