Vitamin E

It is vitamin E and has a wide reputation in terms of its importance for the skin and the freshness of the face. Many women take it in the form of tablets to obtain skin that is able to face pollution and sunlight.

It also fights the signs of aging and signs of sagging skin, and keeps it soft and tight. This vitamin can be obtained from : Olives, peanuts, leafy vegetables, and sunflower seeds.
