What are Vitamins?

Vitamins and minerals are considered essential nutrients that the body needs. They are organic compounds that act as vital nutrients for the body.

They are distinguished by the possibility of being manufactured to be taken as substitutes for natural organic compounds in cases where there is a deficiency in production and the body is not satisfied with taking its needs from food.
